I'm need many band/mode fills.
It would be nice to be able to create a File that I can work on in spare time.
And safe it something like /SpotSpy/W9OL_need.txt

So when I find that I need T3X on 40 rtty, I can add that to this base Needed file.

As new dxpeditions are announced, I can check what I need and add just those needed band/modes to this 'base' list.

Instead of downloading the full Calendar once a month and going through each entry to determine what I need.
This task depends upon

SpotSpy supports 2 different files for needed call signs. Use the first for imported call signs from 425dxn Calendar or DailyDX Calendar and the sesond file for your 'base' list. Click on 'Change file' button in SpotSpy's Configuration window -> Needed call signs tab to switch betwenn both files.
